Pediatrics facilities at Vidya Shanti Hospital

About the department

The paediatric service cares for newborns, infants and children, including babies delivered at the hospital who need support after birth. Immunisation is offered as per the national schedule with the dates recorded in the child's card.

A substantial part of each consultation goes to parent counselling — feeding, managing fever at home, and recognising the signs that mean a child should be brought back the same day.
