Urology
Stone disease, prostate problems and urinary tract obstruction are treated endoscopically wherever the anatomy allows.
- Kidney StonesPain in the flank or back, sometimes with blood in the urine or vomiting. Small stones may pass with fluids; larger ones are removed by PCNL or laser.
- Ureter StonesA stone that has moved into the tube between kidney and bladder, usually causing sudden severe colicky pain. Treated by ureteroscopy with laser.
- Bladder StonesOften linked with an enlarged prostate or incomplete bladder emptying. Removed by cystolitholapaxy through the urinary passage.
- Enlarged ProstateWeak stream, night-time urination and difficulty starting. Managed with medication first, and with TURP when symptoms or retention persist.
- Kidney CancerUsually found on a scan done for another reason. Assessed with CT imaging and treated surgically, open or laparoscopically.
- Bladder CancerPainless blood in the urine is the commonest first sign and always needs evaluation, including cystoscopy.
- Urethral StrictureNarrowing of the urinary passage after injury or infection, causing a thin, slow stream. Managed endoscopically or by reconstruction.

- PregnancyRegistration, scheduled scans, blood tests, nutrition and delivery planning from the first trimester onward.

Fertility
Both partners are evaluated before any treatment is advised, and the simplest option that fits the diagnosis is offered first.
- Male InfertilityLow sperm count, poor motility or absent sperm. Assessed by semen analysis and hormone testing; ICSI, TESE or PESA may be advised.
- Female InfertilityOvulation problems, blocked tubes, endometriosis or uterine factors, evaluated with scans, hormone profiles and hysteroscopy.
- Recurrent Pregnancy LossTwo or more miscarriages, investigated for hormonal, uterine, immune and genetic causes before planning the next pregnancy.
General Surgery
Common abdominal surgery, performed laparoscopically wherever it is safe and appropriate.
- HerniaA bulge in the groin or abdominal wall that grows on coughing or lifting. Repaired with mesh, usually by keyhole surgery.
- AppendixPain that starts around the navel and settles in the lower right abdomen with fever. Removed laparoscopically when confirmed.
- Gall Bladder DiseaseStones causing right upper abdominal pain after fatty meals. Treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

The fertility journey, step by step
Both partners are evaluated first, the simplest effective treatment is tried first, and the cost is explained before a cycle begins. We do not promise outcomes.

First consultation
Both partners are seen together. History, previous reports and any earlier treatment are reviewed, and the tests still needed are listed.
- 2
Evaluation
Hormone profile, ultrasound and follicular study for the woman; semen analysis and, where needed, hormone tests for the man. Hysteroscopy or laparoscopy if indicated.

Treatment plan and counselling
The findings are explained together with the options — timed cycles, IUI, IVF or ICSI — along with what each involves, the schedule and the estimated cost.

Stimulation and monitoring
Daily injections for about ten to twelve days with ultrasound monitoring every few days to track how the follicles are growing.

Egg retrieval and fertilisation
Eggs are collected under short anaesthesia as a day-care procedure and fertilised in the laboratory by IVF or ICSI.
- 6
Embryo transfer
The embryo is placed in the uterus with a fine catheter. Surplus embryos are vitrified for future use.

Follow-up
A pregnancy blood test about two weeks later, followed by a scan and, when the result is positive, transfer of care to our antenatal clinic.

I had been in pain for two weeks and had already been to two places. Here the ultrasound and blood test were done the same morning, the stone was explained to me on the screen, and the procedure was done through a scope without any cut. I was walking the next day.
My whole pregnancy was followed here. Every visit the doctor checked my haemoglobin and sugar and wrote everything in the card in Hindi so my husband could also read it. When my blood pressure went up in the eighth month they admitted me early and kept explaining what was happening.
We had been trying for four years and were tired of being told different things at different clinics. Here both of us were tested, the reports were explained together, and we were told honestly what the treatment could and could not promise. That honesty is why we continued here.
My gall bladder surgery was done by keyhole method. The estimate given before admission is what we finally paid, and the discharge paper listed exactly which medicine to take and when to come back. For a family coming from a village, that clarity matters.
