Hospital services

Clinical support services that run alongside our departments. Emergency, intensive care, pharmacy, laboratory and ambulance operate round the clock; imaging and outpatient services follow scheduled hours with emergency access at any time.

  • Modern Operation Theatre

    Modular theatre with controlled air handling, anaesthesia monitoring and full sterile protocols.

    • Controlled ventilation and strict sterilisation cycles between cases
    • Anaesthesia workstation with continuous patient monitoring
    • C-arm imaging support for endoscopic stone procedures
    • Available at short notice for emergency and obstetric surgery

    Elective lists daily; emergency theatre 24 hours

  • Laparoscopic Surgery

    Keyhole surgery for gall bladder, appendix, hernia and selected urological and gynaecological procedures.

    • High-definition laparoscopic tower with energy devices
    • Smaller incisions, less post-operative pain and a shorter stay
    • Used for cholecystectomy, appendicectomy and hernia repair
    • Diagnostic laparoscopy for infertility and pelvic pain

  • IVF Services

    Fertility evaluation and treatment with an embryology laboratory on the hospital campus.

    • IUI, IVF and ICSI with ultrasound-guided retrieval and transfer
    • Blastocyst culture, vitrification and frozen embryo transfer
    • Surgical sperm retrieval by TESE and PESA where required
    • Counselling for both partners before any cycle is started

  • Emergency Care

    A casualty staffed round the clock with immediate triage, emergency admission and emergency surgery.

    • Triage on arrival — the most serious patients are seen first
    • Resuscitation bay with defibrillator and monitored beds

    • Direct access to theatre, intensive care and imaging

  • Critical Care & ICU

    Monitored intensive care beds with ventilator support and close nursing observation.

    • Multi-parameter monitoring at every bed
    • Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
    • Infusion pumps and controlled oxygen supply
    • Daily consultant rounds with family updates

  • Inpatient Care

    General, semi-private and private rooms with attendant space and round-the-clock nursing.

    • Attendant seating or bed in private rooms
    • Nursing call bell at every bed
    • Dietary support for diabetic and post-operative patients
    • Written discharge instructions with a follow-up date

  • Ultrasound

    Abdominal, pelvic, obstetric and Doppler ultrasound, including follicular monitoring.

    • Kidney, ureter and bladder assessment for stone disease
    • Obstetric scans through pregnancy
    • Follicular monitoring for fertility cycles
    • Same-day scanning for OPD and emergency patients

    OPD hours; emergency scans round the clock

  • CT Scan

    Computed tomography for stone disease, trauma and abdominal evaluation.

    • Non-contrast CT for accurate stone localisation
    • Contrast studies for abdominal and tumour assessment
    • Trauma imaging for emergency patients
    • Images reviewed with the treating surgeon before planning

  • Advanced Diagnostics

    ECG, health-check panels and pre-operative testing organised into a single visit.

    • 12-lead ECG and point-of-care testing
    • Pre-anaesthetic and pre-operative panels
    • Executive, women's and senior citizen health checks
    • Reports explained during the follow-up consultation

  • Laboratory

    On-campus pathology for haematology, biochemistry, urine analysis and semen analysis.

    • Automated analysers with internal quality control
    • Urgent samples from casualty and labour room prioritised
    • Bedside collection for admitted patients
    • Same-day reporting for routine panels

    OPD hours; emergency samples 24 hours

  • Pharmacy

    In-house pharmacy stocking the medicines and surgical consumables prescribed here.

    • Medicines dispensed against the hospital prescription
    • Surgical consumables for admitted patients
    • Dosage and timing explained at the counter
    • Printed bill for every purchase

    24 hours, all days

  • Ambulance

    Ambulance support for emergency transfer to and from the hospital.

    • Stretcher, oxygen and basic emergency supplies on board
    • Attendant accompanies the patient where required
    • Call the emergency number to request a pick-up
    • Referral transfers arranged with records in hand
